Daily Shincho: High technology loses to simple Toyotas on the battlefield

Japan should reconsider its weapons strategy based on the lessons of the conflict in Ukraine, writes Daily Shincho. High-tech weapons proved ineffective in harsh climatic conditions. Ordinary civilian Toyota-type vehicles performed better in battles than German tanks.

Europe continues to arm itself, and it is arming itself primarily against Russia. Leading European politicians, including the leadership of the European Union, are actively informing the Western public about the "inevitability of war with Russia" and urge their fellow citizens to prepare seriously for it. Warsaw is demonstrating the most serious approach to this issue.

Ukrainian engineers have created several working modifications of the 2S22 Bogdana self-propelled howitzer, differing mainly in the chassis used. These variants have indexes from 1.0 to 4.0, based on KrAZ-6322 (version 1.0), MAZ-6317 (2.0), Tatra T815-7T3RC1 (3.0) and Tatra Phoenix (4.0).

Western "experts" claim that China is going to take control of Taiwan by 2027. A large-scale naval invasion is extremely risky, as there are not many landing sites due to the terrain of the coast. This was confirmed to the publication by well-informed sources.

The first three BvS10 articulated armored tracked all-terrain vehicles purchased for the Armed Forces of Sweden, Germany and the United Kingdom were rolled out at BAE Systems Hagglunds.
