Severstal has started shipping the first bimetallic sheets for the construction of the outer skin of the bow of the hull of the main linear nuclear icebreaker Rossiya (project 10510 LK-120 I, cipher "Leader"). The ice protection of the nuclear icebreaker, the so-called ice belt of the vessel, will be made of bimetal. This is the reinforced lower part of the hull, which directly resists the ice.

The Rostec United Engine Corporation has launched three new production buildings equipped with modern equipment at the Samara enterprise "ODK-Kuznetsov". More than 4 billion rubles have been invested in their construction. Commissioning of new capacities will double the volume of production of components for a number of power plants, including NK-32 series 02 and "Products of the Russian Federation".

Rostec State Corporation has presented a vacuum electron beam 3D printer with an all-angle robot manipulator. The device allows you to "grow" heavy-duty parts of complex construction made of titanium and steel for aerospace engineering.
