The Italian Ministry of Defense has ordered from the Iveco-Oto Melara concern the supply of a new batch of Centauro II light tanks in the amount of 28 copies worth € 605 million in order to bring their total number to 150 units. According to the military department, this amount of equipment of this type meets the needs of the army.

The subject of the contract concluded with the American side was the supply of 116 M1A1 tanks, which will be adapted to the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces, as well as related equipment, including 12 M88A2 HERCULES BREMS, 8 M1074 unified assault bridges, 6 control vehicles and 26 NG SECM repair vehicles on the HMMWV chassis, as well as a training and logistics kit.

A mobile refueling station has been developed for the Russian army, sources told Izvestia in the Ministry of Defense. This is a special container that is installed on an all-terrain truck. It has an operator's room from where you can manage the refueling of equipment and keep fuel records. Experts note that the novelty will allow gas stations to quickly change their location, which will reduce losses among military personnel.

The German defense company Rheinmetall presented a new generation KF-51U Panther tank at the Eurosatory-2024 exhibition, which, according to the developers, should replace the Leopard-2 MBT in the future.

Two post-Soviet states have signed contracts with the French branch of the Franco-German association KNDS (KNDS France, formerly Nexter Systems) for the purchase of the widely known 155 mm/52 CAESAR self-propelled howitzers on a wheeled chassis. On June 17, 2024, during the visit of Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan to France, an agreement on military-technical cooperation was signed between the Armenian Ministry of Defense and KNDS, including a contract for the supply of 36 CAESAR self-propelled howitzers to the Armenian armed forces.
