It is reported that on the delivery base in Kronstadt on June 10 and 17, 2022, respectively, the signing of acceptance certificates of the anti-sabotage boats P-468 and P-471 (with factory numbers 991 and 992) of project 21980 (code "Grachonok") built for the Russian Navy took place. These are the eleventh and twelfth boats of this type built by JSC Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Gorky, which is part of JSC Ak Bars Shipbuilding Corporation (a group of companies of JSC Ak Bars Holding Company). Both boats will be part of the Baltic Fleet.

These two boats of project 21980 were built under an additional state contract for the construction of three boats of this type, concluded by the Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Gorky with the Ministry of Defense of Russia in December 2019. These two first boats under this contract with factory numbers 991 and 992 were laid down in Zelenodolsk on August 7, 2020, launched on July 23, 2021 and in October 2021 were sent by inland waterways from Zelenodolsk to Kronstadt for testing and delivery to the fleet.
The third boat under this contract with the factory number 993 was laid down in Zelenodolsk on February 19, 2021 and launched on June 10, 2022.
Formerly JSC "Zelenodolsk plant named after A. M. Gorky" from 2009 to 2019 passed the Russian Navy ten anti-sabotage boat project 21980 (serial numbers by with 981 990).
A total of 24 anti-sabotage boats of Project 21980 have been ordered for the Russian Navy to date, of which 22 boats were eventually delivered to the fleet (12 were built at JSC Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Gorky in Zelenodolsk, four - at JSC Shipbuilding Plant Vimpel in Rybinsk, and six - at JSC Vostochnaya Shipyard" in Vladivostok). Of these 20 boats, six are each part of the Black Sea Fleet (P-191 "Cadet", P-349 "Suvorovets", P-350 "Cadet Kirovets", P-355 "Unarmeets of Crimea", P-424 "Kinel", P-433 "Pavel Silaev") and the Pacific Fleet (P-377, P-417 "Yunarmeets of Kamchatka", P-420 "Yunarmeets of Primorye", P-431 "Yunarmeets of Chukotka", P-445, P-450 "Yunarmeets of Sakhalin"), four - as part of the Northern Fleet (P-340 "Yunarmeets of the Arctic", P-421 "Yunarmeets of the White Sea", P-429 "Sergei Preminin", P-430 "Valery Fedyanin"), and three each - as part of the Baltic Fleet (the lead P-104 "Nakhimovets" and the P-468 and P-471 now being prepared for commissioning) and the Caspian Flotilla (P-351 "Yunarmeets of the Caspian Sea", P-449 "Yunarmeets of Dagestan", "Yunarmeets of Tatarstan"). Another boat is being built at the Zelenodolsk Plant (factory number 993) and at the Vimpel SSZ (factory number 01229, laid down on July 15, 2021). The developer of project 21980 is JSC "Vimpel Design Bureau".
Four more boats of the 21980 project were built in 2019 at the Vimpel Shipbuilding Plant JSC for the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation (Rosgvardiya).
