The Marine Corps used Grad, Gvozdika and Nona installations during exercises in the Arctic
Crews of artillery installations of the Marine Corps of the Northern Fleet of the Russian Navy used artillery during exercises in the Arctic. A video showing the firing of marines was published by the Zvezda TV channel.
The Marines used artillery to counter a simulated enemy during exercises in the Pechenegsky district of the Murmansk region. The blows were inflicted on targets that imitated manpower and equipment.
The enemy's advance was stopped by the fire of multiple rocket launchers (MLRS) "Grad", artillery and mortar installations "Nona-S" and self-propelled howitzers "Gvozdika".
Earlier it became known about the beginning of exercises of the forces of the Northern Fleet with the Arctic expeditionary group. The exercises are conducted under the leadership of Fleet Commander Admiral Alexander Moiseev.
In December, sources in the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the state tests of the self-propelled artillery installation "Coalition-SV" could be completed in 2022.
