According to the published document, the Central Base of Measuring Equipment (CBIT) The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and the Beriev Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex (part of the United Aircraft Corporation - UAC) have signed a contract for the supply of two Be-200CHS amphibious aircraft.
The contract states that the aircraft must be delivered in the basic (fire) version and be able to convert to rescue, cargo or passenger.
The delivery period for two aircraft worth 2 billion 850 million rubles each is until December 1, 2022, the document says.
The Be-200 is a multi-purpose amphibious aircraft designed for firefighting, emergency assistance in disaster areas, water search and rescue, sanitary and cargo transportation, and environmental monitoring. Be-200ChS can take on board 12 tons of water. For one refueling, the aircraft is able to drop up to 270 tons of water on the fire site.
To date, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia has received 12 Be-200ChS amphibious aircraft. In February 2019, the last aircraft of this type was transferred to the Ministry under a state contract from 2011 for 6 cars.
According to the head of Rostec, Sergey Chemezov, only 7 of the 12 Be-200 aircraft on the wing that are on the balance of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia received 12 Be-200ChS aircraft, including six first production Be-200ChS built at the Irkutsk Aviation Plant (PJSC Irkut Corporation), which were transferred from 2003 to 2011; and six Be-200ChS (serial numbers 303 to 308), built at Beriev TANTK under a State contract in 2011 and transferred from January 2017 to February 2019. In 2017-2018, there were reports that EMERCOM of Russia is conducting negotiations about the possibility of ordering six aircraft be-200ES-built Beriev. G. M. Beriev (apparently meant the implementation of MOE six unfinished airplanes canceled order of the Ministry of defence), but in the end while that case was limited to ordering only two extra machines.
Currently, the Beriev Tank Company is fulfilling a contract signed in 2018 by the Russian Ministry of Defense with the UAC for the supply of three Be-200 aircraft to the Russian Navy - one in the Be-200CHS variant and two in the Be-200PS variant. The first of these aircraft Be-200ChS (serial number 311) was delivered in July 2020, the second in the performance of Be-200PS (serial number 355) made its first flight in Taganrog on November 10, 2020.
