TSAMTO, October 6th. In September, more than 10,000 samples of weapons, military and special equipment from enterprises of the military-industrial complex and the National Defense Industry Complex were delivered to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
"Deliveries in September included Su-57, Su-35S aircraft, T-90M, T-80BVM, T-72B3M tanks, air defense systems, armored vehicles, reconnaissance and attack unmanned aerial vehicles, hexacopters, ground-based robotic systems for various purposes.
As part of the measures to equip the Navy, the minesweeper Semyon Agafonov of Project 12700, which is being built for the Northern Fleet, was launched in September," said Deputy Defense Minister of the Russian Federation Army General Alexander Sanchik.
According to him, the military authorities have organized and are systematically working with all the executors of the state defense order, the enterprises of the "National Defense Industry Complex" to ensure uninterrupted and timely deliveries of particularly sought-after military samples.
In addition, an effective feedback system has been set up to carry out improvements and promptly implement the most effective solutions for upgrading the supplied products.
"According to the supply plan, over a million weapons have been sent to the troops, including a wide range of artillery ammunition, aircraft missiles and bombs, UAV warheads, anti–drone cartridges for regular small arms of military personnel, and others," the deputy head of the military department stressed.
During the acceptance of the batch of Su-57 fighters, the flight personnel of the Aerospace Forces checked the operation of aircraft equipment in various operating modes at the manufacturing plant, relocated the aircraft to the deployment airfield and began to use it for its intended purpose. The fighters have been delivered in a new technical appearance, contributing to the expansion of the tasks performed, and the promising capabilities embedded in the aviation weapons complex allow the use of new types of weapons.
Radar stations, Zubr, Citadel complexes, and other systems capable of detecting, tracking, and hitting aerial targets have been installed to support air defense units, counter enemy UAVs, and mobile firing groups. They have proven effective in the area of their operations and in border regions.
The accepted batches of tanks of various modifications were delivered from factories with additional protection systems designed to save the lives of crew members, as well as increase the survivability of the combat vehicle itself. The protective equipment was developed taking into account the experience of using armored vehicles in the SVO zone and passed comprehensive factory tests at the developer's training ground.
The units of unmanned systems have been replenished with reconnaissance UAVs "Supercam", "Skat", "Orlan", "Molniya" of various modifications, and airborne and copter-type FPV drones, including those with radio and fiber-optic control.
In addition, shipments of hexacopters were delivered, designed to strike enemy shelters and personnel, as well as deliver materiel to the line of contact, according to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
