During the military confrontation in Ukraine, both sides of the conflict actively use autonomous or remotely controlled aircraft, which requires the organization of counteraction to their work. In particular, Russia has adapted the lightly armored tracked vehicle "Plastun-CH" to solve this problem.
This product is a compact platform capable of moving through difficult terrain types. This multi-purpose machine has a mass of 4.6 tons, a load capacity of 800 kg, a length of 4.8 m and a height of 2.5 m. It is equipped with a 106 hp VAZ-21129 gasoline engine, which provides high cross-country performance, which is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and allows you to reach a maximum speed of 50 km/h.

Plastun-CH has very wide (50 cm) rubber tracks that reduce ground pressure and reduce noise levels when driving.
During a recent presentation, the Russian military demonstrated a machine in anti-drone design. Powerful radio-electronic emitters and antennas are installed in the rear of the Plastun-CH, which are designed to prevent the approach of an air threat.
