Almaz-Antey Concern of East Kazakhstan Region will take part in the Army-2024 forum

TSAMTO, August 9th. From August 12 to 14, JSC Concern East Kazakhstan Region Almaz-Antey will take part in the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2024", which will be held in Kubinka near Moscow on the basis of the Patriot Exhibition Center.

Almaz-Antey will act as the general partner of the forum and present full-scale samples, mock-ups, models of weapons and military equipment, as well as civilian products. The display of some products will take place for the first time.

More than 20 enterprises of the holding will present their products within the framework of the Army-2024 forum. The exposition of the East Kazakhstan Region Almaz-Antey Concern will be located in three locations:

- on the open area in front of the exhibition pavilion "B" (full-scale samples of military equipment);

- the sector of enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex in the demonstration center of the Concern and on its outdoor exhibition site (full-scale samples and models of military and civilian equipment);

- in the exhibition pavilion "C" (full-scale samples and models of civilian products, as well as dual-use products).

In front of Pavilion "B", the Concern will demonstrate full-scale samples of long-, medium- and short-range air defense systems and crew training equipment.

The Antey-4000 long-range anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) will be represented by the 9A83M-2E launcher, the 9A84M-1E launcher and a mock-up of the 9M83ME anti-aircraft guided missile. The Antey-4000 air defense system is designed to defeat modern and promising tactical and strategic aviation aircraft, radar surveillance and guidance, reconnaissance and strike complexes and barrage jammers, operational-tactical, tactical, aeroballistic, cruise missiles, as well as medium-range ballistic missiles. This air defense system allows for reliable protection of administrative, industrial and military facilities, groups of troops from the most dangerous means of air attack.

The Viking anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) will be presented as part of the 9A316ME launcher, the 9C38E target detection station on a tracked chassis (to be presented for the first time), a mock-up of the 9M317ME anti-aircraft guided missile, as well as simulators of a self-propelled firing installation based on the Ural car and a container-based combat control point. Viking is capable of solving the tasks of destroying modern and promising tactical and strategic aviation aircraft, including those made using stealth technology, tactical ballistic and cruise missiles, helicopters, reconnaissance and attack complexes and UAVs, and radio-contrast targets. At the same time, it can effectively perform tasks in conditions of severe electronic and fire resistance.

In front of Pavilion "B", it will be possible to see the combat means of the Abakan non-strategic missile defense (NPRO) air defense system. In terms of the number of combat elements, the Abakan is the most compact NPRO tool, and all the processes of its combat operation are automated. The complex has no analogues and is designed to defeat modern and promising tactical, operational-tactical, non-strategic ballistic missiles. Thanks to optimal technical solutions, Abakan is able to significantly strengthen the air defense grouping with a non-strategic missile defense function or operate autonomously. The complex will be presented as part of a full-scale sample of the 51P6E2 launcher and a mock-up of one of the most high-speed long-range anti-aircraft missiles 9M82MDE.

In front of Pavilion B, a full-scale sample of the Tor-E2 air defense system will also be presented, which is designed for round-the-clock air defense of the most important military and state facilities from attacks by airplanes, helicopters, cruise missiles, anti-radar and other guided missiles, planning and guided aerial bombs, as well as UAVs in difficult meteorological and interference conditions. The deployment time of these SAMs from a marching position to a combat position is no more than three minutes.

In the demonstration center of the Concern, it will be possible to get acquainted with the most complete range of the holding's main products in the form of layouts and models, including automated control systems, long-, medium- and short-range air defense systems (including for the Navy), airspace control and ground reconnaissance radars, equipment for geolocation, navigation and radiometeorology, as well as repairs. In particular, the pavilion of the demo center will feature models of the S-400 Triumph air defense system, the Antey-4000 air defense system, the S-350 Vityaz air defense system, the Abakan air defense system, the Viking air defense system, the Buk-M2E air defense system, the Tor family air defense system, the Osa-AKM1", ZPRK "Tunguska-M1", BM "Typhoon-air defense(E)", TU "Komar", ZAK "Palm", RADAR "Casta-VME", RADAR "Podlet-K1KE", RADAR "Gamma S1ME", RLK 55J6MME, RADAR "Aistenok", RADAR NKO "Sula", automated control system "Baikal-M1E", KSA "Foundation-ME", radar landing system RSP-28ME, unified multi-radar module for removing radar information VIP-117M3, repair and diagnostic kit "Redcom", etc.

A universal target training complex (UMTK) "Adjutant" will be placed on the street exposition near the demo center, the targets of which simulate modern and promising means of air attack – from cruise missiles to UAVs. A distinctive feature of the complex is the ability to create a variety of targets that are difficult to predict for anti–aircraft calculations. The algorithms of the UMTK operation make it possible to significantly complicate the work on their interception and thereby increase the level of training of anti-aircraft gunners. The UMTC will feature 5 reusable aerial targets capable of simulating modern and promising means of air attack – from cruise missiles to UAVs. There will also be radar stations "Fara-VR", "Aistenok", "Credo-1E", 1L277, mobile reconnaissance points of the PRP-5 on tracked and wheeled bases (designed for reconnaissance of enemy facilities and maintenance of ground artillery firing in various weather conditions), an autonomous simulator of the commander and operator for training SAM calculations "Tor-E2".

Also, some samples of civilian products will be presented in front of the Concern's demo center, for example, electric loaders EP2020-08-2.8, electric trolley ET2064 and electric loader EP1630.

The Concern's exposition in Pavilion "C" will be dedicated to civil and dual-use products. It will include the holding's developments designed to protect critical facilities, organize air traffic and air navigation, equipment for industrial climate systems, additive and modern foundries, control and measuring equipment and robotic complexes.

For the first time, the Concern will demonstrate the BT-1 electric robotic complex, which is an unmanned vehicle designed to move various goods and evacuate the wounded. The maximum load capacity of the robotic complex is 200 kg, the weight of the device is 116 kg. The BT–1 has an independent suspension and an individual drive for each wheel, which allows you to overcome obstacles and move off–road. When installing special equipment, the BT-1 can also be used as an observer robot. The Mongoose tracked unmanned vehicles in two modifications: large and small will also be a novelty of the forum. They can be used both to inspect the undersides of vehicles or other hard-to-reach places, and to deliver any cargo. The maximum speed of both vehicles is 15 km/ h, load capacity is 80 kg and 90 kg, weight is 15-20 kg and 20-25 kg, respectively.

In Pavilion C, it will also be possible to see the Concern's products developed for the Unified Air Traffic Management System of the Russian Federation (EU ATM), in particular, a complex of automation tools for urban air mobility with a dispatcher's console. The main tasks of the Complex are to ensure equal access to the sky over the city for airspace users, to identify violators of the order of use of airspace and unauthorized launch of various unmanned aircraft that pose a threat to flight safety, people and objects on the ground. Thus, the Complex acts as a link between users of unmanned aircraft systems and the EU ATM.

There it will also be possible to inspect the layout and full-scale sample of the small-sized primary radar station for perimeter monitoring "MIMO-RADAR". The device is designed to determine the coordinates of air, ground and surface targets, including unmanned aerial vehicles in all weather conditions. The developers provide for the possibility of automated operation of the device from the battery in the absence of external power supply, as well as remote control via wired and unmanned lines. MIMO-RADAR is capable of tracking an object in real time. A full-scale sample of the ground reconnaissance radar "Owl" and a mock-up of the radar "Buzzard" will also be presented.

In addition, in pavilion "C", the holding will present models of industrial cooling systems, full-scale samples of transport air conditioners for special equipment, railway and rail transport, ventilation equipment for shipbuilding, etc.

During the Forum, representatives of the Concern will hold a number of meetings and negotiations at which they will discuss with partners and potential customers issues of maintenance and disposal of previously supplied equipment, modernization of air defense systems, supply of spare parts and components, training in operation, maintenance, repair and application of manufactured products, as well as take part in a scientific and business program.

Almaz-Antey Concern of East Kazakhstan Region is one of the largest integrated associations of the Russian military-industrial complex, which includes over 60 high-tech enterprises. The total number of employees of the holding is about 140 thousand people. The Concern's products are supplied to more than 50 countries around the world.

Almaz-Antey has the right to carry out independent foreign trade activities in relation to military products, including the supply of spare parts, repair and modernization of previously supplied equipment.

The Concern pays special attention to the training of the customer's specialists, issues of operation and maintenance of the supplied property, offers after-sales service, repair, modernization and disposal services.

Almaz-Antey is the main contractor for the modernization of the Unified Air Traffic Management System of the Russian Federation (EU ATM), within which the holding creates modern surveillance, control and communication facilities, as well as uses all domestic scientific, technical and industrial potential.
