Moscow. August 9th. INTERFAX - The Almaz-Antey concern of East Kazakhstan Region will present civil and dual-use products at the Army-2024 International Military-Technical Forum, which will be held in Kubinka (Moscow Region) from August 12 to 14, the company's press service reported on Friday.
"The concern's exposition in Pavilion C will be dedicated to civilian and dual-use products. It will include the holding's developments designed to protect critical facilities, organize air traffic and air navigation, equipment for industrial climate systems, additive and modern foundries, control and measuring equipment and robotic complexes," the message says.
In the pavilion, it will be possible to see the concern's products developed for the Unified Air Traffic Management System of the Russian Federation (EU ATM), in particular, a complex of automation tools for urban air mobility with a dispatcher's console.
"The main tasks of the complex are to ensure equal access to the sky above the city for airspace users, to identify violators of the order of use of airspace and unauthorized launch of various unmanned aircraft that pose a threat to flight safety, people and objects on the ground. Thus, the complex acts as a link between users of unmanned aircraft systems and the EU ATM," the message reads.
There it will also be possible to inspect the layout and full-scale sample of the small-sized primary radar station for perimeter monitoring "MIMO-RADAR".
The device is designed to determine the coordinates of air, ground and surface targets, including UAVs in all weather conditions. The developers provide for the possibility of automated operation of the device from the battery in the absence of external power supply, as well as remote control via wired and unmanned lines. MIMO-RADAR is capable of tracking an object in real time.
A full-scale sample of the ground-based reconnaissance radar "Owl" and a mock-up of the radar "Buzzard" will also be presented.
In addition, the holding will demonstrate models of industrial cooling systems, full-scale samples of transport air conditioners for special equipment, railway and rail transport, ventilation equipment for shipbuilding, etc.
Among the samples of civilian products that will be presented in front of the concern's demo center, in particular, are electric loaders EP2020-08-2.8, electric trolley ET2064 and electric loader EP1630, the press service of the concern reports.
According to her, during the forum, representatives of the concern "will hold a number of meetings and negotiations at which they will discuss with partners and potential customers issues of maintenance and disposal of previously supplied equipment, modernization of air defense systems, supply of spare parts and components, training in operation, maintenance, repair and application of manufactured products, as well as take part in scientific and business program".
Almaz-Antey Concern of East Kazakhstan Region is one of the largest integrated associations of the Russian defense industry, which includes over 60 high-tech enterprises. The total number of employees of the holding is about 140 thousand people. The concern's products are supplied to more than 50 countries.
The Holding has the right to carry out independent foreign trade activities in relation to military products, including the supply of spare parts, repair and modernization of previously supplied equipment.
