The solemn ceremony of raising the flag on the 1st-rank border patrol ship "Anadyr" (factory number 113) of project 22100 (code "Ocean"), built at JSC Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M.Gorky for the Coast Guard of the Border Service of the FSB of Russia, took place on August 16, 2023 in Kronstadt. The signing of the acceptance certificate took place on August 15. This was reported by the press service of the plant. Thus, after four years of stagnation in Kronstadt and protracted tests, the third and last border patrol ship of project 22100 was commissioned.

Recall that the construction of the Anadyr PSCR (factory number 113) of project 22100 (code "Ocean", developer of JSC "CMKB "Almaz") was carried out by JSC "Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Gorky" (as part of JSC "Shipbuilding Corporation "Ak Bars" in JSC "Holding Company "Ak Bars") within the framework of contracts concluded by the Border Service of the FSB of Russia with this enterprise on April 24, 2015 for the construction of two border patrol ships with factory numbers 112 and 113. Both ships were to be delivered to Murmansk by December 1, 2019, although in the future they should serve in Kamchatka. The cost of each PCR was determined at 8.663772636 billion rubles.
The PSCR with the factory number 113 with the name "Anadyr" was officially laid in Zelenodolsk on April 28, 2017, although at the time of laying its case was already formed and removed from the shop. The ship was launched on June 14, 2019, and in September 2019, the ship was towed along internal waterways from Zelenodolsk to Kronstadt at the Kronstadt Marine Plant JSC for retrofitting, mooring tests and preparation for sea trials. The deadline for the delivery of the Anadyr PCR has been repeatedly postponed.
The Anadyr spacecraft made its first exit from Kronstadt for factory sea trials on August 18, 2020, but after that the ship's tests dragged on for three years with repeated interruptions, accompanied by disagreements between the customer and the construction plant over the elimination of defects identified during the tests. As a result, "Anadyr" has been handed over only now.
The first ship under these contracts with the serial number 112 with the name "Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky" was laid down on June 15, 2015 and launched on June 1, 2018. In October-November 2018, the ship was towed by inland waterways from Zelenodolsk to Kronstadt at the Kronstadt Marine Plant JSC for retrofitting, mooring tests and preparation for sea trials. Factory sea trials of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky RCMP were launched in the Baltic Sea on May 22, 2019, and on December 1, 2019, its acceptance certificate was signed in Kronstadt. On December 21, 2019, the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky RCMP arrived in Murmansk, and in September 2020, it made the transition to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
The lead ship of the project 22100 "Polar Star" (factory number 111) was built in Zelenodolsk under a contract with the FSB of Russia dated November 26, 2011. The Polar Star was laid down there on May 30, 2012 and launched on May 21, 2014. The Polar Star became part of the Coast Guard of the Border Service of the FSB of Russia on December 17, 2016, and arrived at its permanent base in Murmansk on January 28, 2017, becoming subordinate to the Border Department of the FSB of Russia for the Western Arctic Region.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian Coast Guard planned, in addition to the lead ship, to order five more ships of this project. However, in November 2015, the then General Director of JSC "Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Renat Mistakhov said that the Border Service of the FSB of Russia for financial reasons "postponed" the conclusion of a contract for the construction of two more large border patrol ships of the 22100 project at this enterprise - the fourth and fifth in the series. By now, apparently, the continuation of the construction of the series of this project should not be expected.
