On April 25, the exhibition "INNOPROM. Central Asia". The enterprise of the NPO "High–Precision Complexes" holding - Kovrov Electromechanical Plant (a member of the Vladimir branch of the Union of Machine Builders of Russia) presented products of the Ant - Ant brands and road rollers "Raskat" at the joint exposition of Rostec State Corporation.
Ant is a mini hard worker, a Russian analogue of the products of the American company Bobcat and Locust. When using additional attachments, the machine can clean sidewalks or roads from snow, remove foliage and debris, perform loading and unloading operations in production and warehouses. According to the developers, its main vocation will be landscaping, landscaping work. The machine will be useful in earthmoving operations for digging trenches or ditches; moving materials over short distances and installing vertical structures such as piles and pillars. And in agricultural farms also for the introduction of fertilizers.
The range of "Ant" attachments is impressive: a rotary blade, a brush, a water tank, a snow chute, a sprayer. A drill, hydraulic hammer, concrete mixer, boom and bucket can be used for construction. For agriculture: spreader and pitchfork.
One of the features of the Kovrov "Ant" is the electronic control system of the machine. To do this, the operator uses "joysticks" as if he is not sitting in the cab of a loader, but at a computer or in a modern airliner. Any movement of these gadgets is transmitted via an electronic network to the hydraulic drives of the machine. So, controlling it is like playing a game.
Within the framework of the forum events, the stand of "High-precision Complexes" was visited by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, the Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov, as well as the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The head of the delegation, Deputy Director General for Strategy, Innovation and Development of the NGO "High-Precision Complexes" Alexander Dernovoy stressed that KEMZ is interested in expanding cooperation both with the countries of Southeast Asia and with other members of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
"Kovrov Electromechanical Plant has good partnerships with foreign colleagues. For example, the Republic of Kazakhstan. Last year, several dozen road construction and agricultural machinery of the Ant brand were sold to various regions of this country. The number of mini-loaders and tractors produced by KEMZ is steadily growing. This year, the total volume will be more than 1,000 units," Alexander Dernovoy said.
General Director of JSC "KEMZ" Vladimir Rodionov clarified that negotiations with Minsk colleagues - representatives of the machine-building cluster of Belarus are planned within the framework of the forum. Strategically important steps aimed at implementing promising projects in the production of road construction and agricultural machinery will be discussed.
