I do not exclude that everything was photographed and videotaped," he said.
Litovkin noted that the cruiser Moskva carries Vulkan anti-ship missiles and the Dagger air defense system, which can hit any aircraft. The ship's arsenal also includes a jet bomb and torpedo tubes.
According to the Flightradar portal, a Boeing P-8A Poseidon anti-submarine patrol aircraft was recorded about 70 kilometers from the cruiser. The plane was in the eastern part of Romanian airspace.
