TSAMTO, November 16. In the coming years, the units of the RCB protection troops will receive the latest model of special equipment – the RCB reconnaissance vehicle RHM-9 based on the Typhoon-K car.
A completely new instrument complex has been developed for the machine, which allows increasing the speed and range of reconnaissance by 1.5-2 times.
An unmanned aerial vehicle from the RHM-9 vehicle, if necessary, can be used to solve tasks in the interests of troops when carrying out RCB protection measures.
The complex with UAVs will allow conducting radiation reconnaissance of the terrain at altitudes up to 300 m in automatic, semi-automatic and manual control mode, according to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
