The most powerful weapon of Russia is named in the publication 19FortyFive. The author noted Russian missiles, air defense systems, a helicopter and a promising underwater vehicle.
The Poseidon nuclear torpedo was placed at the top of the list. The publication notes that the ammunition will be able to hit cities on any coast of the United States. It is believed that the mass of the torpedo will be 100 tons, and the submarine K-329 "Belgorod" will be the carrier of the devices.
The second position of the rating is occupied by the S-400 anti-aircraft missile system (SAM). The SAM can withstand drones, manned aircraft, ballistic and cruise missiles. Next comes the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and cannon complex (ZRPC), which can fight low-flying aircraft and high-precision ammunition.
The publication placed the Mi-28NM attack helicopter in fourth place. The upgraded vehicle received a new radar, weapons system and engines.
The strategic missile system RS-24 "Yars" completes the rating. The mobile version of the complex is difficult to detect, and preparation for launch takes seven minutes. An intercontinental ballistic missile can carry six warheads with a capacity of up to 150 kilotons.
In May, it became known about the new capabilities of the Mi-28NM. The arsenal of the helicopter will be supplemented by cruise missiles "product 305".
