Moscow. June 17. INTERFAX-In the formations and military units of the army Corps of the Black Sea Fleet (BSF) stationed in the Republic of Crimea, a command and staff training (KSHT) was held under the leadership of the commander of the association, Major General Denis Lyamin.
"The purpose of the training was to improve the skills of commanders and staffs in force management, to work out the coherence of military command bodies, to assess the skills of commanders of all degrees in the organization of training and combat operations and to check the readiness of subordinate units to perform their tasks," the Black Sea Fleet said in a statement on Thursday.
According to the fleet, KSHT is planned.
"During the training, the practical skills of the deputy commanders of the association, the heads of the branches of the armed forces and services, the commanders of military units and divisions on the organization of the management of units, their comprehensive support and the time standards allocated for making decisions on the use of forces and their implementation were tested," the press release says.
At the control points, the staff officers worked out documents on the organization, planning of actions and their support, as well as honed their skills in using the latest communication and control systems of the Acacia-M modular type units, modern satellite and space communication stations, with the help of which continuous management and data exchange between units was organized, the Black Sea Fleet informs.
