The withdrawal from the dry construction dock of the Hudong-Zhonghua Shipyard of the main Chinese universal landing ship (UDC) project 075, which has been under construction since 2016, was carried out on September 26, 2019 after an official ceremony held a day earlier. American UDC types Tarawa, Wasp and America have a length of 254-257 m and a total displacement of 40 to 46 thousand tons.
