TSAMTO, December 11. A large-scale training within the framework of a single day of fire United more than a hundred missile carriers of land, air and sea formations and military units of the southern military district (SE).
In the General information space, scouts of special-purpose units of the southern military DISTRICT worked out the transfer of coordinates of targets of the conditional enemy to carriers of high-precision weapons.
Using the latest control systems, including the KRUS Strelets intelligence, control and communications systems, the scouts transmitted data on the identified targets directly to the crews of su-24 bombers, to the missile ships of the Caspian flotilla and the black sea fleet, to the calculations of the Iskander-M operational-tactical complexes, Bal coastal missile systems and Tornado-S rocket batteries.
Rocket scientists, gunners, crews of bomber aircraft and ships of naval formations of the southern military DISTRICT conducted combat training launches electronically.
During a single day of fire, more than 400 fire missions were completed.
More than 5 thousand military personnel were involved in the combat training event and about 2 thousand units of artillery and missile systems, operational and tactical aircraft, and warships were involved.
In addition, the scouts used more than 20 unmanned aerial vehicles.
Control of reconnaissance and strike forces in the formations was organized from mobile field control points. All information about the scouted targets and the results of their defeat in real time was sent to the joint command post of the headquarters of the southern military DISTRICT, the press service of the district reports.
