On November 21, 2020, a solemn ceremony of raising the Naval flag was held in Baltiysk on the small rocket ship Odintsovo (factory number 253) - the third ship in the series of the project 22800 (code "Karakurt"). The ceremony was attended by the commander of the Baltic fleet, Admiral Alexander Nosatov. By order of the commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Odintsovo is included in the combat structure of the Baltic fleet and will serve in the 36th brigade of missile ships and boats of the Baltic naval base.

The Odintsovo small rocket ship (MRK) became the first unit of the Russian Navy equipped with the new Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile and gun system developed and manufactured by JSC Shipunov instrument design Bureau (KBP, part of JSC NPO high-Precision complexes of rostec state Corporation).

Earlier, the Pella plant delivered the first two small missile ships of the project 22800 "Uragan" (in 2018 it was renamed "Mytishchi", factory number 251) and "Typhoon" (now called "Sovetsk", factory number 252) to the Russian Navy . The groundbreaking ceremony took place at the Pella plant on December 24, 2015. The Uragan MRC was launched on July 29, 2017. The contract deadline for delivery of the "Hurricane" was 2017. In fact, the Uragan ship entered factory sea trials only on may 17, 2018 and began State tests on October 16, 2018. The ship was commissioned into the Baltic fleet under the name "Mytishchi" on December 17, 2018.
The second MRC Typhoon (now Sovetsk) was launched on November 24, 2017 and began OPERATION only on may 20, 2019, on October 12, 2019, the ship as Sovetsk was commissioned into the Baltic fleet.
On December 24, 2016, the fourth MRK of project 22800 Burya (factory number 257) was laid down at the Pella plant.it was launched on October 23, 2018 and is still under completion.
Also at the Pella plant, three MRK projects 22800 Kozelsk (laid down as "Storm", factory number 254) are being completed,"Okhotsk (factory number 255) and Vikhr (factory number 256), the hulls of which were built at the Federal state unitary enterprise "Sea Shipbuilding plant" in Feodosia (Crimea) and then towed along inland waterways to Pella for completion in November 2019 - may 2020.
Five more IRAS project 22800 built at the JSC "Zelenodolsk plant named after A. M. Gorky" (with the actual construction of three of them on JSC "Shipbuilding plant "Zaliv" in Kerch in the Crimea, where the first of these "Cyclone" with serial number 801 was launched on 24 July 2020), and four at JSC "Amur shipbuilding plant" (ASP, Komsomolsk-on-Amur). Previously, two more ships were contracted by JSC Vostochnaya Verf (Vladivostok), but in September 2020, the Russian Ministry of defense canceled the contract for them.
