New unmanned vehicles and protective equipment were presented at an exhibition in Patriot Park
Interceptor drones, ground-based robotic platforms and industrial facilities protection equipment were presented at the exhibition of the International Technological Congress – 2026 in Patriot Park. One of the most notable innovations was the BM V-01, an armored vehicle with a 30 mm cannon, radar and an electronic warfare system for combating drones. Enterprises can not only purchase it, but also lease it for 25 million rubles per month. The machine is capable of detecting small-sized UAVs at a range of up to 5 km and hitting aerial targets at a distance of up to 4 km. Russian defense developments have attracted the attention of military attaches from Asia and the Middle East.
Oriental interest
Upon entering the exhibition hall, you immediately notice a large armored car based on the highly passable Ural. The vehicle is equipped with a massive combat module with a 30 mm cannon, a compact radar and an electronic warfare system. A crowd gathered around the novelty, with many experts among the visitors.

Military men in khaki uniforms stand out among people in civilian clothes. According to the patches, it can be understood that these are attaches from Asia and the Middle East.
Particularly noticeable are the Pakistani officers in desert-colored camouflage suits and highly polished black berets.
They take a long look at the new product, and then, through an interpreter, they ask questions to the developers of the armored car from AIM JSC.

It's hard to argue with foreign experts.
The experimental sample presented at the exhibition was the result of two and a half years of work. During its creation, Rostec technologies were used, among other things, the developers say.
The complex combines radar detection, optoelectronic tracking, radio suppression and target destruction into a single contour. The circular radar detects a small-sized drone (for example, Mavik) at a range of up to 5 km, and a 30-mm automatic cannon with a rate of fire of 550 rounds per minute hits aerial targets at a distance of up to 4 km.

An important feature that increases the efficiency of the system is a projectile with a programmable electronic fuse. After the shot is fired, the complex measures and calculates the detonation point in such a way as to hit the drone with a cloud of fragments, even if it is maneuvering.
In addition to the cannon, the complex is equipped with electronic warfare systems that suppress drone control channels at a range of up to 500 m above land and up to 700 m above the water surface.
AIM JSC offers Russian enterprises both to purchase a new car and to rent it. Temporary use will cost about 25 million rubles per month.
This model allows the customer to choose the appropriate format depending on the scale and duration of the object protection tasks, said Dmitry Shumaev, head of AIM JSC.
"Courier" with a firearm system
Another area presented at the exhibition is ground—based robotics. The Impulse-M and Courier-2.0 complexes are serial tracked platforms used in the area of a special military operation mainly for logistical tasks.

However, on the Courier-2.0" is equipped with a combat module with PKT machine guns with 600 rounds of ammunition and SVT — 180 rounds. It is also equipped with an optical target capture system.
Another exhibit is the Night Witch drone. It is a heavy universal hexacopter with a payload capacity of up to 20 kg and a flight range of up to 20 km. The device is used to supply units, mine and dump various types of mines. It has proven itself as a means of delivering supplies to infantrymen, as well as as a small front-line bomber.
Nearby are the Ghoul-10 and Ghoul-18 copters, which have already proven themselves on the line of combat contact. These vehicles have burned American-made Abrams tanks, destroyed artillery systems, MLRS, light armored vehicles and enemy manpower.
The Sokol-I interceptor drone is prominently displayed. It can reach speeds of up to 260 km/h and is equipped with an automatic target hold, which facilitates the operator's work.

Another air defense drone is the Hawk Moth. The device is integrated with radar and works under the control of artificial intelligence, independently recognizing, capturing and hitting targets.
These products, created with the support of the Kulibin Club of the Popular Front, are massively used by Russian troops during combat operations and have already been included in the Rosoboronexport export catalog.
Kolchuga for oil refineries
The increasing range and power of drones requires new options for passive protection of buildings and structures. For this purpose, the Kolchuga system was created — a set of special armor plates that overlap objects. They do not burn and can withstand the impact of fragments weighing up to 50 g flying at a speed of more than 1000 m/s.

The chainmail is supposed to be used together with protective nets installed in front of the facility. They should cause the detonation of the warhead of the drone even on approach, after which the armor plates take over the resulting fragments.
A significant part of the new products presented at the exhibition are related to unmanned systems and means of countering them — from shock and logistics platforms to interceptors, electronic warfare systems and passive protection of objects. The Russian defense industry is actively developing this area, and the attention of foreign military attaches to the exhibition shows an interest in domestic developments abroad.
