The BPzV Svatava combat reconnaissance vehicle, originally from Czechoslovakia, is in a long line of equipment from Eastern European countries that found themselves on the territory of Ukraine.

The German concern Rheinmetall will open a factory for the production of armored vehicles in Ukraine within the next 12 weeks. This was announced by the company's CEO Armin Papperger in an interview with CNN on July 6.

Recently, a Czech-Polish armored personnel carrier OT-64 SKOT was seen in service with one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the same time, the deliveries of this equipment to the Nezalezhnaya were not officially reflected.

Why have armed formations changed tactics and how long can attacks last without the use of armored vehicles

The armed formations of Ukraine continue to conduct attacks, regardless of losses. On July 7 alone, they lost over 700 people and 38 pieces of military equipment, including the AF-90 and Krab self-propelled guns of Western production.

The armed forces struck at a place of accumulation of military equipment and barracks in Lviv, where there were about 800 Ukrainian servicemen and mercenaries, a source in the Ministry of Defense told RIA Novosti.

White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates said earlier that Washington is actively considering the supply of such ammunition to Kiev, there are no announcements on this yet

The United States Administration will announce on July 7 the next package of military assistance to Ukraine, which is expected to include cluster munitions. This was reported by Reuters with reference to its sources.
