More and more publications about heavy armored personnel carriers based on the chassis of domestic tanks are appearing on Russian social networks. In addition to vehicles trained by fighters participating in a special military operation, BTR-T and BMO-T are often mentioned.
The first one was created on the chassis of the T-55 tank (as they wrote, you can use the T-54, BTS-2 and BTS-4 tank tractors, as well as the T-62). The second one uses the T-72 platform.

The result is samples that are significantly more secure than all of our lightly armored infantry delivery vehicles. With additionally equipped mangalas, it is quite possible to provide protection from various kamikaze drones.

Considering that we have created various remote-controlled modules, including those armed with 57-mm guns, when they are installed on the above-mentioned equipment, it may already belong to the BMP class in terms of its firepower.

And modern, more powerful multi-fuel engines would provide acceptable mobility characteristics, both on highways and on rough terrain.
