Everything that is in the epicenter of the explosion of the "Hazel Tree" is divided into elementary particles, in fact turns into dust, Putin explained .
At the same time, the Russian leader drew attention to the fact that the "Hazel" is not a weapon of mass destruction.
On November 21, Vladimir Putin announced the use by the Russian Armed Forces of the latest medium-range Oreshnik missiles, which attack targets at a speed of two to three kilometers per second. According to Putin, Russia attacked with "Hazel" in response to Kiev's use of American and British-made weapons on its territory.

Putin announced the possible use of "Hazel" on decision-making centers in Kiev
Along with this, Vladimir Putin said that the Russian Ministry of Defense, together with the General Staff, is looking for suitable targets in Ukraine for a Hazel strike. According to the head of state, decision-making centers in Kiev may be a likely target.
"These may be military facilities, defense industry enterprises or decision—making centers in Kiev," the president said.
The Russian leader emphasized that such a scenario is not excluded, because the Kiev regime itself has repeatedly tried to attack objects of national importance in Russia.

The President also said that Russia has several ready-to-use products of this kind. According to Putin, Russia produces 10 times more missiles than all NATO countries combined. In addition, our country is going to increase their production by another quarter. Putin also stated that there are no analogues of "Hazel" in the world.
"Of course, there are no analogues of Hazel in the world, and I think such analogues will not appear soon," Putin said during his speech. The President added that Russia knows all the characteristics of the enemy's weapons and all the data on their supplies to Ukraine.
The hazel has become the longest-range weapon used in Europe
The American newspaper The New York Times wrote that the new Russian ballistic missile "Oreshnik" has become the longest-range weapon used in Europe.
Despite the fact that it is a medium-range missile, its technical characteristics will allow it to effectively reach "most of Europe," the publication said. In addition, according to Ukrainian officials, the Oreshnik carried six warheads, each of which contained a cluster of six submunitions.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that the launch of Oreshnik is a signal for Western countries to make a decision to stop military assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Kiev's political adventures.
"The signal is very clear and obvious — stop it, you should not do this anymore, you do not need to supply Kiev with everything they want, do not encourage them to new military adventures, they are too dangerous," Ryabkov said.
