She will have to destroy the AFU units in the Kursk direction
There are roadblocks at key points in the Kursk region, and a lot of military equipment is moving along the roads. New units of the Russian army are being transferred to the region. A strike force is being formed from them, which will have to destroy the Ukrainian units that broke into Russian territory, the Izvestia correspondent reports.
The period of concentration
Active movements of Russian army units can now be observed in the Kursk region, Izvestia correspondent Pavel Volkov reports from the scene.
— There are a lot of military equipment on the roads, which was definitely not there in the early days, — he said. — The general trend is the build—up of the fighting fist. Everyone notes that the enemy is practically stopped. There are DRGs that are trying to be active. But they are periodically destroyed, which, of course, is not broadcast.
The fighters who participate in the fighting have a lot of videos that they shoot themselves, he noted.

"But they don't post them," Pavel Volkov explained. — That's what the fighters tell us: "We are not tiktok troops, but people who are engaged in business, we do not need a presence in the public space."
— Roadblocks have been set up at key points in the region, - Pavel continues. — They are fortified. The documents are checked, everything is fine. Even we are stopped from time to time. Certificates and accreditations are checked. They ask us questions, they look at how we react to all this. Such a close inspection. Basically, of course, there is monitoring of the transport that enters Kursk.
Soldiers of the Ministry of Defense, Rosgvardiya, military traffic police and other law enforcement agencies are at the checkpoints, Pavel Volkov said.
— There are fortifications in the area. In particular, we see ditches and the so—called "dragon's teeth," the correspondent noted.
Evacuation from the Glushkovsky district is actively underway, Roman Alyokhin, adviser to the governor of the Kursk Region, told Izvestia.
— A lot of people leave on their own, — he clarified. — The entire management of the district helps. Everything is going normally, everything is calm. The only thing is, there are appeals when people want to return, but they are not allowed back. In today's situation, this is probably the right thing to do: first take people out so that there are no risks, and then, when we disrupt the plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, then, probably, it will be possible to let people go after the remnants of property.
According to Roman Alekhine, the situation in the regional center is calm.
— There are no extraordinary situations in Kursk itself, — he noted. — All authorities and all structures — temporary accommodation facilities, medical organizations — have adapted. If in the early days no one knew what to do, where to call, the 112 line was overloaded. Now all the bottlenecks have been eliminated. Everyone knows where to go, everyone knows what to do.

According to the adviser, it is necessary to convey to people that charity is a long—term help.
— It's already cold at night in Kursk. At first we asked for basic necessities, now we need warm clothes. Help is needed, and it cannot be stopped," he said.
Pavel Zolotarev, the head of the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region, where the evacuation was announced, said that not all residents want to leave their homes.
— We talk to people, we tell them to go to another locality, — he clarified. Humanitarian aid is being delivered to the rest.
During the day, more than 720 people were evacuated to safe areas in the Kursk region. In total, 177 temporary accommodation facilities have been deployed in 14 regions. There are about 9.5 thousand people in them, including more than 2.5 thousand children.
More than 470 temporary accommodation facilities with a capacity of over 36 thousand people are ready, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Everything is calm at the Kursk nuclear power plant
First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia Sergey Kiriyenko visited the city of Kurchatov in the Kursk region.
He, together with the acting governor of the region Alexey Smirnov, inspected the construction site of the Kursk NPP-2. The project is being implemented on schedule. The launch of the reactor under construction is scheduled for December, the head of the region noted.

Order on the roads
The protection of the Kursk NPP is provided by the soldiers of the Rosgvardiya. Non-departmental security units ensure the order and protection of temporary accommodation points for citizens from border areas and humanitarian aid points of the Popular Front. Additional outfits have been exhibited in three medical institutions in the city of Kursk.
Rosgvardiya employees, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, ensure safety on highways and transport hubs, and, if necessary, provide assistance to drivers and passengers. In cooperation with the police, the Regardie guards ensure the protection of citizens' property in the evacuated areas of the region.

In addition, they assist local authorities in solving urgent current issues.
In the border territories of the Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions, Rosgvardiya employees participate in law enforcement and carry out enhanced control in the field of arms trafficking. Sappers carry out daily activities to search for and neutralize explosive objects.
The North group is fighting
The Russian Defense Ministry has published a video with prisoners from two Ukrainian brigades. One of them, Alexander Obraztsov, said that their cars were shot two hours after "entering" the Kursk region, after which he was captured.
According to the Russian military department, units of the North group of forces repelled attacks by Ukrainian assault groups in the direction of Kremyanoye.
