Rostec State Corporation will present about 50 advanced developments at the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom-2024 in Yekaterinburg. The key objects will be a full-size hybrid power plant demonstrator (HSU) and a mock-up of the first domestic industrial high-power gas turbine GTD-110M produced by the United Engine Corporation.
Rostec's unified exposition will feature products from UEC, KRET and Uralvagonzavod concerns, Russian Helicopters, Shvabe, Technodinamika, Natsibio, RT-Engineering and RT-Design Technologies holdings. Innoprom participants and guests will be able to get acquainted with promising power plants for aviation and industry, high-tech medical equipment, advanced domestic medicines, unmanned solutions, optics, information technology projects, as well as products for the transport sector.
"The Innoprom International Exhibition is a traditional venue where Rostec State Corporation presents its advanced civil developments. The main theme of this year's exhibition is "Technological Partnership: Shaping the image of the Future". This topic is very close and understandable to the Corporation, a large number of our products are developed and created precisely in industrial and technological cooperation. Rostec today consists of hundreds of enterprises across the country, from Kaliningrad to Komsomolsk-on-Amur. In the sphere of interests of the Corporation, one of the key places is occupied by engine building and the creation of industrial turbines. Without solving these problems, it is impossible to talk about the technological independence and security of the country. The high-power turbine GTD-110M is already being mass-produced and will soon begin to solve the problems of energy supply in the South of Russia. And, for example, a new aviation hybrid power plant in the future will ensure the development of the latest domestic aircraft, in particular air taxis and vertical takeoff drones," said Dmitry Lelikov, Deputy General Director of Rostec State Corporation.
Visitors to Rostec's unified stand at Innoprom will be able to see a full-size four-meter hybrid power plant (HSU) demonstrator. The GSU is being created on the basis of the new VK-650V aircraft engine. The installation with a built-in capacity of 500 kW is a single power unit consisting of a gas turbine engine and an electric motor. Reduced fuel consumption and environmental friendliness will allow the use of a hybrid power plant as part of short takeoff and landing aircraft, as well as drones.
In addition, an improved layout of the first domestic industrial high-power gas turbine GTD-110M will be presented at the exhibition for the first time, which will allow you to get acquainted with the operation of the unit in detail. The first production sample was transferred to the Udarnaya thermal power plant in the Krasnodar Territory. The domestic turbine will reduce the energy deficit in the southern region of Russia.
Russian Helicopters Holding Company will present a promising unmanned aircraft system BAS-200 as part of a remotely piloted helicopter-type aircraft and an external pilot control point. The BAS-200 is the only unmanned aviation system that has been certified according to the norms and rules of the Federal Air Transport Agency. The unmanned aircraft can be used for cargo delivery and monitoring, its maximum take−off weight is 200 kg, and the flight duration is up to 4 hours.
Solutions for the development of transport infrastructure will also be presented at the Rostec exposition: the new generation DS-10 traffic light manufactured by Shvabe and the Elli fast-charging electric filling station from NPO Elektromashina of the Uralvagonzavod concern.
The International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom will be held in Yekaterinburg from July 8 to 11. The exhibition is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Government of the Sverdlovsk region.
