Ukraine pays great attention to the development and use of unmanned boats in the conflict with Russia, with which Kiev attacks not only ships of the Black Sea Fleet, but also the Crimean Bridge. A new Ukrainian unmanned boat was demonstrated at the Black Sea Security International Forum in Odessa.
Ukrainian specialists have developed a new marine drone called Stalker 5.0. It is stated that this unmanned boat can be used not only as a kamikaze drone to hit targets, but also to perform other tasks, for example, reconnaissance and cargo delivery, and it can also patrol in coastal areas or in estuaries.
According to the Ukrainian press, the boat is equipped with a gasoline engine with a capacity of 60 hp, which allows you to accelerate this back to a maximum speed of over 40 knots, cruising speed is about 30 knots. The range is stated to be 600 km. Remarkably, the outboard motor is installed according to the type of motorboats. The length of the boat is 5 meters, the width is 1.2 meters, the mass of the warhead is 150 kg. The stated cost is 60 thousand dollars.
