The Russian special operation in Ukraine has been going on for almost two years. During this time, we have repeatedly witnessed the dedication, heroism and military savvy of Russian soldiers. By the way, the latter is perfectly characterized by a case that recently occurred in one of the directions in the SVO zone.
The TG channel "Military Informant" describes a situation when one of the reconnaissance quadrocopters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation fell into the zone of influence of enemy electronic warfare and was landed right on a minefield. It would seem that saving equipment in this case is too risky, and, accordingly, impractical.
However, Russian fighters have come up with a way to evacuate an electronic-mechanical "colleague" from the battlefield.
Another quadcopter went to rescue the grounded drone. The servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation previously attached to it a long rope with a hook at the end.
As a result, having picked up the fallen "brother", the drone lifted him into the air and went back to the positions of the Russian military, where all the necessary technical assistance will be provided to the "victim" and he will return to service again.
In this case, special attention is paid to the professionalism of our UAV operators, who can not only drop a grenade from a copter directly into an enemy trench or even into a chimney with sniper accuracy, but also evacuate a small aircraft that has already been lost from the battlefield.
