On June 30, 2023, in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, at the Amur Shipbuilding Plant PJSC (ASZ, as part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation JSC), a ceremony was held to lay the launching floating dock-pontoon "Amurets" project 65911 (with the same construction number 65911) for the needs of the enterprise. The delivery of the dock-pontoon is scheduled for 2024.

A new launching dock-pontoon is necessary to ensure the transportation of all ships under construction and repair and ships from dry factory boathouses to the completion pier, as well as the launching of orders for water. The dock is being built as part of an investment project to create a transport and launching complex at the ASZ, which, in addition to the dock-pontoon, will include a transport dock for sending orders to the delivery base of the enterprise in Vladivostok. The construction of a new transport floating dock under project 17574 is only planned. Thus, the new transport and launching complex of two floating docks (launching and transport) will replace the transport and launching floating dock "Zea" of project 17571 with a lifting capacity of 7820 tons, built at the ASZ in 1991, which is currently used at the ASZ in both these qualities.
In February 2020, ASZ posted a request for proposals on the public procurement portal for the development of a project for a new launching floating dock with a lifting capacity of up to 7,500 tons. According to the technical requirements, the length of the dock on the slipway deck should be about 152.8 meters, width - 23.5 meters, height of the pontoon - 1.8 meters, draft at maximum load capacity - about 4 meters.
