Roshel Senator MRAP
At the CANSEC exhibition in Ottawa, the Canadian company Roshel Smart Armored Vehicles presented its new development — the Senator MRAP armored car.
The basis of the "armored car" was the Ford F-550. The all-wheel drive Senator is equipped with a 6.7-liter diesel engine with a capacity of 330 hp. 10 fighters can be accommodated inside. Being in a combat zone, they can fire through loopholes. Also, they have special, mine-resistant seats at their service.

One of the main advantages of Senator MRAP is armor protection. Thanks to the reinforced bottom, it can withstand the detonation of an anti-tank 6 kg mine and shelling from a 7.62 x 39 mm machine gun from a distance of 30 meters. The cabin is an armored capsule with armored doors and bulletproof laminated glass. The vehicle is armed with a remote-controlled Rheinmetall Fieldranger combat turret, which can be equipped with machine guns, automatic grenade launchers or ATGMs.
