TSAMTO, March 17. Rostec State Corporation holdings additionally hired more than 30 thousand employees in 2022.
Active recruitment went both to enterprises involved in the implementation of the state defense order, and to factories implementing large-scale civil projects, primarily in the field of aircraft construction, IT and the radio-electronic complex. The additional need for employees is caused by an increase in the volume of the state budget and the production program.

In engineering specialties, there is a high demand for specialists in the field of system engineering with knowledge and skills in the field of additive and robotic technologies, radio-electronic avionics, mathematical modeling, end-to-end digital technologies, composite and new materials, avionics, UAVs.
In order to attract new personnel and retain existing employees, Rostec conducts systematic work, including the formation of a unified corporate social policy.

Serious emphasis is placed on vocational guidance of schoolchildren, increasing the prestige of workers and engineering professions, training of workers. This work is carried out within the framework of the federal project "Professionalism", as well as educational projects to train specialists for the aircraft industry, IT industry, radio-electronic complex, where target students are employed from the first year and immediately immerse themselves in real production tasks.
