Performing the tasks of the command, the Black Sea sailors suffered losses in personnel and equipment. Today, with weapons in their hands, they continue to serve to protect cities and settlements on the Crimean peninsula and the new territories of the Russian Federation. The Marines of the Black Sea Fleet showed high military skills both in the offensive and in repelling enemy counterattacks, acting on the most difficult sectors of the front. Military personnel of Coast Guard units are involved in a number of areas. Missile-carrying ships and submarines equipped with the Kalibr complex, deck-based and airfield-based aircraft make a significant contribution to the demilitarization of Ukraine.
Simultaneously with the participation in the special operation, the Black Sea residents also carry out an action plan within the framework of the new academic year. They are seeing off the outgoing year 2021 with a good, fighting spirit.
