Specialists of the SSZ Vimpel (part of the USC) have begun assembling the hull of the head passenger catamaran on hydrofoils of the NSS150B project at the industrial site of the East Siberian River Shipping Company.Slipways have been prepared on the site, mortgage sections have been installed.
Assemblers-builders of the Vimpel plant began assembling the central block of the passenger vessel.

The plant has completed the shipment of hull sections of the first catamaran. The shipment of sections of the hull of the second catamaran is planned to be completed by the end of 2022.
From January 2023, when all sections of the two catamarans will be delivered to Irkutsk, the Vimpel shipyard will additionally send employees to assemble the hulls.

Catamaran-type passenger vessels with dynamic hydrofoil unloading of the HSC150B project are designed for high-speed passenger transportation on main river and lake lines.
The shallow draft significantly expands the geography of passenger transportation, and the feature of the wing device allows for safe boarding and disembarkation of passengers on an unequipped shore.
