The air show presents the achievements of the Chinese military industry not only in the air, but also on land and at sea.
A number of novelties of the Chinese military industry are presented in Zhuhai.
In the static display area, the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLA) for the first time demonstrated a laser weapon system installed on a car designed to defeat small drones. There you can also see the new HQ-9B air defense system missile, as well as the HQ-11 universal protection system, which includes means equipped with missiles with vertical launch cells and a melee cannon (in fact, a ZRPC).
The PLA Air Force presented the WZ-10 and KJ-500A electronic reconnaissance aircraft.
Two new types of ammunition have also attracted widespread attention: an air-to-surface stealth cruise missile carried by a JH-7A2 fighter-bomber, and something similar to an air-launched ballistic missile carried by an H-6K bomber.
Since Saturday, aircraft for conducting flights, including four J-20s and a YU-20 air tanker, have been rehearsing over the venue of the event.

The Chinese Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation has unveiled a container-type integrated maritime defense combat system capable of launching various anti-ship missiles. Anti-drone systems and guided air defense missiles are also on display.
The maritime part of the exposition is presented by the Chinese State Shipbuilding Corporation, which has a wide selection of warships available for export: from a 60-meter missile boat called "Swordfish" to 1000 and 2000 ton class corvettes, and then to a 4000 ton class frigate, and finally a 6000 ton destroyer.
All this shows that China's armed forces and its military industry have formed an integral and virtually self-sufficient system.
