The Royal Navy of Canada receives a third patrol icebreaker HMCS Max Bernays (432) Harry DeWolf class. The ceremony was held at the shipyard Irving Shipbuilding in Halifax.

The main objective of these ships, surveillance and reconnaissance, protection of the sovereignty, control of the situation in the exclusive economic zone of the state, search and rescue operations.
The ship is armed with automatic cannon caliber BAE MK38 25 mm and two M2 Browning machine guns. Provides space for the placement of the helicopter, the CH-148 and two boats.
