The Federal Tax Service demanded to declare bankrupt a subsidiary of the Ukrainian company "Motor Sich"MOSCOW, Aug 24 – RIA Novosti.
The Arbitration Court of Moscow has registered the application of the capital's tax inspectorate No. 43, demanding to declare bankrupt JSC "Borysfen", one of the founders of which is the Ukrainian company "Motor Sich", which produces and repairs engines for airplanes and helicopters.
As follows from the information in the file of arbitration cases, the application was submitted to the court on August 23, it has not yet been accepted for consideration. The amount of Borysthenes' debt to the budget has not yet been reported in the case file.
Moscow-based Borysfen JSC was a co-respondent of Motor Sich in a lawsuit filed by Mil and Kamov National Helicopter Center JSC, part of the Russian Helicopters holding of Rostec Corporation, banning the use of the Mi/Mi trademarks. In that case, the courts banned the defendants from using brands and collected from them in solidarity about 42 million rubles of compensation for their illegal use for several years.
The materials of that case state that Borysfen provides services for Motor Sich to monitor the fulfillment of orders of Russian enterprises, customs and transport support of materials, aggregates and spare parts, and is also the domain administrator www.motorsich.ru .
The website of Borysthenes informs that the company took part for the first time in the international military-technical forum "Army-2022", held from August 15 to 21 in Kubinka near Moscow.
The official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Major General Igor Konashenkov, told reporters in May that the armed forces of the Russian Federation destroyed with high-precision missiles the workshops of the Motor Sich plant that produced engines for combat aviation of Ukraine, including unmanned aerial vehicles.
