Rostec State Corporation showed the capabilities of a combat robot on the chassis of a BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicle, which received the Tit module. The corresponding video appeared in Telegram channel of the state corporation.
It is noted that the functions of the driver and shooter in the car are robotic. Also, the combat robot can be controlled using a wearable remote control or a remote control point.
The car received a combat module "Tit", which provides a 360-degree view at any time of the day. The module is equipped with an automated digital fire control system and an anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) loading mechanism. The arsenal of the "Tit" includes an automatic cannon caliber of 30 millimeters, a machine gun and a 100-millimeter gun that allows you to launch ATGM.
The machine, which is a joint project of Kurganmashzavod and the Signal Research Institute of the High-Precision Complexes holding, can be used in the most dangerous areas. The combat robot can fight in urban areas, lead a combat column and provide support to motorized rifle units.
Earlier, the general director of the Signal Research Institute, Vladimir Pimenov, said that a promising multiple launch rocket system being created in Russia will be able to work without a crew.
