Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday, August 15, will take part in the opening ceremony of the international military-technical forum "Army-2022" and the Army International Games - 2022. This year, the X Moscow Conference on International Security and the first International Anti-Fascist Congress will also be held simultaneously with the forum.
As the Kremlin's press service reported earlier, the head of state will visit the exhibition grounds of promising samples of military equipment in the Patriot military-patriotic Park. Last year, Putin also personally spoke at the opening of the Army forum. Then the head of state stressed that Russian weapons have always been in demand on the world market and they reliably protect the security of many countries. Separately, the President announced the readiness of domestic enterprises for the widest international cooperation.
According to the statement of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, this year 72 states confirmed the participation of their official military delegations in the events of the Army-2022 forum. A rich scientific and business program is planned, and a dynamic demonstration of the capabilities of Russian weapons, military and special equipment will also be held for foreign delegations.
The Russian military department also reported that 36 state contracts with enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex for an amount exceeding 522 billion rubles are planned to be signed at the forum.
The events of the Army-2022 forum will be held from August 15 to 21 at the facilities of the Patriot Park near Moscow, at the Alabino training ground, Kubinka airfield, as well as in all military districts and the Northern Fleet, in more than 30 subjects of Russia.
Novelties of the "Army"
This year, the area of the static exhibition of the forum will be 340 thousand square meters. meters. Rostec State Corporation plans to present more than a thousand samples of weapons and military equipment.

For example, the holding "Roselektronika" will show the automatic telephone exchange "Proton-KA" for the first time. KRET Concern presents a wall-mounted charging station for electric vehicles "FORA EZS-AC" with a capacity of 22 kW. Aviation and space
Special attention is paid to the aviation technology demonstration program at the forum. Within the framework of the forum, the United Aircraft Corporation will demonstrate the Russian multi-purpose fighter of the fifth generation Su-57, which will be displayed in the immediate vicinity of the Patriot Congress Center building.

Federal authorities, international and Russian public organizations, religious associations, historians, cultural figures and the media will be involved in its work.
Also on August 16, the X Moscow Conference on International Security will be held at the Avangard Military-patriotic Youth Education Center in Patriot Park, which will be attended by more than 700 delegates from more than 70 countries of all regions of the world. The defense ministers of 35 countries confirmed their participation in the conference both in person and via video conference, as well as eight chiefs of General Staffs and deputy defense ministers. In addition, representatives of six international organizations are expected.
Army International Games
This year, the VIII Army International Games (ArMI-2022) will be held from August 13 to 27 at military ranges of 12 countries (Russia, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Armenia, Belarus, Venezuela, Vietnam, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia and Uzbekistan). For the first time, the competition will be held in South America. In total, more than 260 teams from 35 countries have been announced to participate in the games. The debutants of this year's Army Games will be the teams of Bolivia and Rwanda. 34 contests have been planned.
