The Rostec Certificate Certification Center of RT-Techpriemka conducted a certification audit of the 144th armored repair plant of the Remvooruzhenie Holding of Rostec State Corporation. The procedure was carried out in order to confirm the compliance of the quality management system (QMS) of the enterprise with the requirements of the national standard GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and the state military standard GOST RV 0015-002-2020.
A prerequisite for the activities of military enterprises is the availability of a certificate according to GOST RV 0015-002-2020. The main purpose of the standard is to adapt the best international experience in the field of quality management systems to the needs of the Russian military–industrial complex. The document, first of all, is based on the requirements of the QMS GOST R ISO 9001-2015, taking into account the additions of the participants of the military-industrial complex. Obtaining a certificate helps to strengthen the image of the manufacturer.

One of our tasks is to comply with the status of a reliable partner in the implementation of quality policy through the provision of certification services established by national standards. Thanks to the results of the work of our auditors, organizations optimize the directions of development in the field of quality of products and services," said Maxim Zamaldinov, head of the Rostec–Certificate Certification Center.
According to the results of the audit, JSC "144 Armored Repair Plant" confirmed the high level of compliance of the QMS with the requirements of national and military standards and received certificates for a period up to 2025.
"144 armored repair plant" It was formed initially as 117 PTAROK in December 1942 as part of the 3rd Ukrainian Front. "144 BTRZ" performs capital, medium, military and technical repair of BTW, as well as diesel engines of types B-2, B-6, B-46, D-6, D-12, UTD-20, YAMZ, KamAZ and their modifications. Another specialization of "144 BTRZ" is the maintenance of weapons and armored vehicles for land, airborne troops and marine units.
