Large-scale exercises are continuing in Siberia. So, in the final of the first stage, the pilots of the supersonic fighter-interceptors MiG-31BM destroyed the high-precision weapons of the "enemy" - cruise, anti-aircraft and aircraft guided missiles.
"The tactical episode involved calculations of three types of radar stations "Gamma", "Terek", "Cabin". They detected and escorted conditional targets simulating long-range cruise missiles. Data about them were transmitted to the crews for destruction," the press service of the Central Military District said.
Among other things, the fighters with the help of on-board radar stations "Zaslon-M" worked out the detection and conditional destruction of cruise missiles at a range of about 250 kilometers.
Next, the servicemen will be relocated to Buryatia, where they will perform combat launches of guided air-to-air missiles.
Meanwhile, in the same place, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, another exercise was completed, at which the combat crews of the S-300 "Favorit" anti-aircraft missile systems of the air defense division worked out the destruction of reconnaissance and strike complexes and jammers of the "enemy"
"The actions of the air defense calculations were complicated by the fact that the stations tracked over 600 aircraft. Combat crews found, recognized and conditionally destroyed about 50 aircraft at altitudes from 8 to 11 kilometers," the press service of the Central Military District reports.

A comprehensive exercise of calculations of multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) "Hurricane" and calculations of unmanned aircraft "Orlan-10" was completed at the training ground in the Chelyabinsk region. Practical actions have been taking place since the beginning of the week.
