The servicemen of a separate motorized rifle brigade of the army corps of the Northern Fleet destroyed the tanks of the conditional enemy with direct fire. They fired MT-12 Rapier anti-tank guns of 100 mm caliber and 2S3M Acacia self-propelled howitzers of 152 mm caliber.
According to the press service of the Northern Fleet, according to the plan of the exercise, the gunners had to stop a column of armored vehicles of a conditional enemy. They fired at targets imitating armored vehicles at a distance of up to three thousand meters.
In addition, the fighters fired from a tank version of the Kalashnikov PKT machine gun, hit an attacking infantry group and a recoilless gun on a car.
More than 80 servicemen and about 20 pieces of equipment participated in the exercises.
