Video: F-35 crashed into a US aircraft carrier

A video has emerged of the last seconds of the flight of a US Navy F-35 fighter jet that fell into the South China Sea after hitting the deck of the aircraft carrier Carl Vinson. Recall that seven people were injured in the accident.

Approaching the ship, the fighter suddenly dramatically increased thrust (this is noticeable by the changed engine sound), after which it crashed into the deck of the aircraft carrier. The moment of the collision itself did not hit the car, but it seems that the F-35 touched the superstructure. According to the US Navy Command, the flight deck of Carl Vinson was not damaged, flights continue.

Earlier, a photo of the fighter appeared after falling from the ship. An airplane with an empty cockpit (the pilot ejected) floats among the churned water. In a moment he will drown.
