The Black Sea Fleet announced the firing of tankers of the Southern Military District at the Angarsky training ground
Tankers of the units of the Army Corps of the Southern Military District (SE) began firing at the Angarsky training ground in the Crimea. The crews of the T-72B3 tanks conducted classes in accordance with the combat training plan. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the information support Department of the Black Sea Fleet.
"The firing is carried out in accordance with the combat training plan of the tank units of the coastal defense compound. Tankers perform firing both from the spot with direct fire, and while driving over rough terrain during a conditional counter battle," the message said.
During the training, the tankers worked out the suppression of anti-tank calculations of the conditional enemy in shelters. Also, the crews performed target practice, which simulated armored vehicles and artillery.

In September, Defence24 reported that Russia has about 3,500 tanks, and in 2021 the military will receive more than 90 T-72B3 and T-72B3M tanks.
