According to the International Federation of Robotics IFR, the cumulative average annual growth rate of the industrial robot market in the period 2015-2020 in Russia was 22%. TASS writes about this.
In addition to solving personnel issues, robotics helps enterprises win the competitive race in terms of productivity and quality. Moreover, this is relevant not only for large-scale industries, but also for small/medium-sized businesses. For example, thanks to welding robots, the Russian bicycle manufacturer Forward has reduced the frame production time by 8 times: from 40 to 5 minutes. According to experts, the payback period for such projects is 1-3 years.
The robot is only 1/3 of the project. Someone has to design a robotic complex, program a robot, make a fence and a snap-grab with which the robot will perform technological operations, for example, move boxes of products onto pallets.
