TSAMTO, January 10. In 2021, about 100 units of modern military equipment were received by military units of the combined arms association, district subordination units, Air Force and air defense units of the Air Force stationed in Transbaikalia.
Four modern radio relay stations, a tropospheric communication station, and a modernized MRTS communications repair workshop were received by the Combined Arms Army of the VVO. The special equipment of all six vehicles is mounted on the automobile chassis of the KamAZ-5350 all-terrain and load-carrying tractor.
Typhoon-K armored vehicles with a remotely controlled combat module were put into service by a separate special-purpose unit of the combined arms army of the Air Defense Forces.
Currently, special purpose groups are actively using the latest equipment during practical training and combat training, the press service of the Eastern Military District said in a statement on January 8.
