Moscow. January 2. INTERFAX - The military police of the Central Military District last year received more than 500 units of non-lethal weapons and special equipment, including rubber sticks "Argument" and handcuffs "Tenderness", the press service of the Central Military District reported.
"In 2021, the military police units of the Central Military District received more than 500 units of special weapons, personal protection kits and other auxiliary equipment," said Konstantin Smirnov, head of the regional military police department of the Central Military District, quoted by the press service.
In particular, modern "Module-Monolith" protective kits, "Avangard" shields, "Potok" laser lights, as well as non-lethal weapon kits were obtained.
"The novelties of the special means adopted by the military police of the Central Military District are universal rubber telescopic sticks PUS-3 "Argument", articulated handcuffs BOS "Tenderness" and barreleless traumatic pistols for self-defense "Osa", - said the press service.
