Moscow. December 24. INTERFAX-AVN - Su-27SM3 and Su-30M2 fighters of the Southern Military District (SE) during tactical flight exercises (LTU) worked out the relocation of aircraft to operational airfields in the Crimea from the Krasnodar Territory, the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet) reported on Friday.
"The crews of the Su-27SM3 and Su-30M2 multi-purpose fighters of the mixed aviation unit of the Southern Military District, stationed in the Krasnodar Territory, have worked out the relocation of aircraft to operational airfields," the report said.
"The relocation was worked out to various airfields in the area of responsibility of the Southern Military District, including airfields in the Crimea, where temporary refueling points for aviation equipment were deployed, as well as parking lots and working areas of aviation weapons specialists," informs the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet.
According to him, during the LTU, "the crews carried out accelerated preparation of combat vehicles for departure and made paired synchronous takeoffs."
"In addition, during the flights, the pilots worked out the tasks of repelling a raid by bombers of a conditional enemy on these airfields," the report said.
Tactical flight exercises with fighters took place against the background of maneuvers conducted by 1,200 paratroopers in the Crimea and in the Krasnodar Territory.
