The Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky submarine at a range of a thousand kilometers hit a target located on the shore with a Caliber missile from the Sea of Japan, RIA Novosti reports, referring to the press service of the Pacific Fleet (TOP). The agency published the corresponding video in Telegram.
"The strike on the target was carried out from an underwater position. At the estimated time, the missile hit a coastal target position on the tactical field of Surkum [in the Khabarovsk Territory]. The firing range exceeded a thousand kilometers," the TOPH noted.
They also added that "immediately before the launch, the submariners made a tactical maneuver of secretly entering the task area."
