MOSCOW, Dec 20 - RIA Novosti. The Moscow Arbitration Court rejected the claim of the Russian Ministry of Defense, which demanded to recover about 504 million rubles from PJSC Irkut Research and Production Corporation, which produces, in particular, Su-30 fighters, follows from the information in the arbitration file.
"To refuse the claim completely," the case file says. Other details, including the grounds for the claims, are not given in the court materials, since the proceedings on the claim, which came to court in May, were held in closed mode.
Irkut is part of the Rostec United Aircraft Corporation, is engaged in the production of Su-30 fighters, Yak-130 combat training aircraft, MS-21 passenger liners. Irkut's Regional Aircraft branch is a manufacturer of SSJ100 passenger aircraft.
