TSAMTO, December 17. On December 16, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC "Tupolev" Rustam Minnikhanov chaired the Board of Directors of PJSC "Tupolev" (part of the United Aircraft Corporation of Rostec State Corporation).
The Board of Directors summed up the results of the company's work for 2021, discussed the implementation of the state defense order and financial and economic plans for the development of the enterprise until 2024.
The key topic of discussion was to increase the level of competitiveness of the enterprise as an employer. The efforts of the company's management are aimed at ensuring a competitive offer on the labor market, retaining its own personnel and attracting new production workers, qualified engineers and technologists needed by the company taking into account the growth in output.
