More than 200 servicemen took part in the exercises
SEVASTOPOL, December 16. /tass/. Aviation and artillery of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet) worked out the destruction of a simulated enemy ship in the Black Sea during planned exercises, the press service of the Black Sea Fleet said on Thursday.

It is specified that the crew of the patrol ship "Ladny" acted as the enemy ship. More than 200 servicemen, four Su-30SM aircraft, two Su-24M aircraft and a division of the Bastion coastal anti-ship missile system took part in the exercises.
"In order to fulfill the task of combined destruction of the target, a duty group of aircraft from the naval aviation and air defense of the Black Sea Fleet was lifted into the air, and the calculations of the Bastion BPCRK stationed on the territory of the Crimean peninsula made a march to the positional area and prepared missile systems for use," the fleet clarified.
According to the press service, at the first stage of the exercises, the crews of multi-purpose Su-30SM fighters and front-line Su-24M bombers worked out the approach to the combat course with the application of training missile and bomb attacks on a surface target. At the second stage, the calculations of the Bastion complex took the enemy ship for escort, brought the installation to battle and worked out the algorithm of actions for missile strikes on a conditional target by electronic launches.
On December 14, the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation reported that the French frigate Auvergne had entered the Black Sea. The forces of the Black Sea Fleet control his actions.
